What you'll do
We need friendly faces to help marshal the course, run water stations, welcome runners and cheer at the finish. No experience needed — we’ll brief you on the day and pair you up if needed.
You can only start 'station pack-up" once the back walker/cyclist team passes your station.Â
Volunteer roles
Registration desk
07:00–08:30
Check runners in, hand out numbers, and answer quick questions.
Course marshal
08:00–11:00
Guide runners at key junctions and cheer them on. WhatsApp support provided.
Water station
08:00–12:00
Set up cups, hand out water and keep the area tidy.

Finish line & medals
09:10–13:00
Hand out medals, water and direct runners to the recovery area.
- Slots: 6
- Min. age: 12+ with adult
Back Cyclist– Half-marathon
08:30–~11:00
Cycle behind the last runners on the half course and collect signage as you go.
Back walker – 10km
09:30–~11:00
Walk behind the last runners on the 10km course and collect signage as you go.

What to wear
Required
You’ll need to wear the official volunteer T‑shirt or Hi-vis for your shift. Pick it up at the 06:00 check‑in along with your hi‑vis. Keep warm layers underneath and comfy shoes.
